Problems arose: Novalis was wearing the hat of someone who was wearing the hat of Novalis. So Novalis switched hats with the David who is not Novalis, and then Novalis was wearing the hat of someone who was not even the person wearing the hat of someone who was wearing the hat of Novalis, which made it all okay. Kaitlin: "Myth, vision, values give org veep sense of purpose and... for your edification, this is all full of crap." The meeting began. ********** The Masque ********** Friday at "something like" 9pm; "apparently" it goes until 12:45. We will dance to music in costumes. Think about dancing to Buffy Musical episode and Time Warp, with the women of HRSFA all dressed as Cersei Lannister. And Kartik dressed up as Jaime. ******* Conbust ******* Contact Noam if you're interested. It's April 2nd thru 4th, during spring break. Oodles of Con for the whole family! ****** Pi Day ****** March 14th at 1:59pm. It's also Albert Einstein's birthday. There will be much rejoicing? ************* Ides of March ************* We'll kill Caesar at the very last minute, in togas, on March 15th. The Myld Hunt and the Going of the Hour will take place in April. ********************* Baking Possibly-A-Sig ********************* Baked cookies for Milk and Cookies and hamentashen for Bill's Purim party. It wants to bake more things, like pi for Pie Day, large chunks of juicy meat, and so on. ----- A SIG IS BORN! ----- Let ye olde recorde note that Novalis, Emily, Kaitlin, Bill, Elizabeth, Mary Grace, Charles, and Matt are members of Baking SIG. That's 1 and 1 and 2 and 1 and 2 and 1, which is 8, so we have ourselves a new SIG. Or is that 2 and 1 and 2 and 2 and 1? ********** Gaming SIG ********** Continues to meet all the fucking time. Cody also said stuff about Diplomacy, but since we all know that Dev is going to win, who cares? ************** Real Magic SIG ************** Is not really a SIG yet, but says that magical things will happen. Kaitlin challenged Emily to say something not obvious; Emily said "Kaitlin likes to whip things" in Hebrew. *************** Bizarreness SIG *************** The great blank paper pass-out is this Wednesday at 3pm. Email Matt if you want to join in so that he can get enough paper for you, or if you know of any large classes that you want to pass paper to. Matt: "Does anyone have a [stricken]?" David: "How big a [stricken]?" Dev: "I told you, I can have my friend come with his [stricken]. It's really big." Also, the Order of Swimmy Fish will meet on Saturday at 11:59pm, at the sundial, for solemn ritual. ********* Anime SIG ********* It met. It'll show more episodes from Jason's favorite series of all time, Anne of Green Gables, on Monday at 10:30 after Writer's SIG. ********* Magic SIG ********* Has been big-box Emperor drafting, which is excellent fun. It will continue to do this, and it will also, says Warren, do some "sane" drafting, which costs money. ************ Writer's SIG ************ 9 to 10:30 on Monday. Everyone with any interest in writing should go; Fusion is on the horizon! **************** Milk and Cookies **************** Will be Friday the 19th? Or maybe Saturday the 20th? We shall see. ******* Firefly ******* Will show two cool episodes at 9:15 on Thursday in Lowell, meeting in Cassia's room. ************** Video Game SIG ************** Takes place in Tony's room. They've been playing "Typing of the Dead," also known as "Mavis Beacon Teaches Drinking the Blood of the Living." ********* Mst3k SIG ********* Met to watch "The Undead." It was frickin' awesome. Now, Jason says, "We're going to do this Viking style."
