Upcoming Events

Cosplay Human Chess: After dinner, in the Pfoho dining hall, 8:30-10pm,
Saturday, November 20th. Sponsored by the Harvard Anime Society. They need
cosplayers (people to make their own costume or borrow one from Ada
Palmer, then dress up as an anime character and act as a chess piece
during the event). Email anime@hcs.harvard.edu if you're interested.
There'll be a raffle, costume prizes, and so on.

Matt's place. Friday, November 19th. There'll be a scavenger hunt. It'll
be awesome.

Twelve days from now (the second Saturday of November), Kaitlin's LARP
will strike again. If you played last time, email Kaitlin with what's in
your character sheet and a paragraph on what you did last time, so she can
bring the new players up to speed.

Kaitlin: "We have another Matt... he's been here for weeks."
Cody: "In this room?"

Alexa: "Trogdor!!"
Matt: "Bzzt!"

Kartik: "Peter now has the keys to my room."

Alexa (Noting that it's the day after the Noteables Concert): "Why are you
both still wearing your shirts?"
Cody: "I haven't had a chance to-- uh, you don't want to know."

COOL MOVIES: Last week was Grosse Pointe Blank. A very cool movie. This
week it's time for Boondock Saints. Teh Awesome.

GAMING: Friday at 9pm. Lots of games.

MILK AND COOKIES: Will be meeting Saturday, November 20th, at 9pm.

MST3K: Meeting right now. Why aren't you there?

MAGIC: Met Saturday and did an Onslaught free draft. It'll do something
else next. Possibly something similar.

HRSCA: Medieval gaming meets the last Tuesday of every month. It's very
fun, but last time no HSRFAn showed up besides Elisabeth. Sadness. So
next time, game!

REAL MAGIC: Ended a curse. On something or someone. That won the World
Series.

Kartik: "Who won the World Series?"
Alexa: "Tyler!"
Kartik: "Tyler, did you win the World Series? Congratulations!"

$IG: Stargate Atlantis will meet Friday at 8pm, in the Lowell JCR. (Or
Grille, or whatever...)

SMALLVILLE: 8pm Wednesday. Last week's episode was about growing
womens' "needs" and Clark's special feelings about his mother. This week,
we'll have a classic villain from the comic books whose name had no
vowels.

Alexa (pointing at Matt): "He's talking in Polish under his breath. And
it's really confusing."
Matt: "Bzzt!"

WRITERS' SIG: Going well. Meeting Thursdays, and happy about it.

Kaitlin: <Draws a diagram of Matt in a top hat in cane, beckoning to
passers-by.> "'Come jump into my leaves...' Creepy! Creepieeeee..."
