Kaitlin: And he's still coming? ---SIG Updates--- Baking: marzipan tomorrow in the afternoon or evening, pending Novalis Bizarreness: ballroom dancing in the street next time it snows Star Trek: Next Generation 5th season will be watched soon Star Gate: "This week's Star Gate is going to resolve all plot threads in the history of fiction." -- Chris Writers SIG: will happen on Tuesday, details TBA ---ELECTIONS--- Kaitlin: "We will elect two people for co-chair, and one each in the case of Infernal Secretary, Exfernal Secretary, and Yves." CO-CHAIR: Chris, co-chair speech: "So I got this fortune at a Chinese restaurant. It says 'Everyone agrees you are the best!' I can pass it around if you want." Noam, co-chair speech: "I am Noam, and I am a very serious co-chair." We had four running candidates: Chris, Michael, Elisabeth, and Noam. Surprisingly enough, we ELECTED CO-CHAIRS: Noam and Elisabeth. INFERNAL: Kaitlin: "Does anybody have a knife? Because I really want to get these guns working." Elena, impersonating Kaitlin: "Kartik, why don't we get drunk and tell jokes to each other?" We had two running candidates: Tyler and yours truly, aka Elena. Equally surprisingly, we ELECTED AN INFERNAL: yours truly. EXFERNAL: We had one running candidate: Lamont. Upon exhibiting an exfernal laugh, Lamont was unanimously ELECTED AN EXFERNAL. TREASURER: We had one running candidate: Yves. Yves was unanimously ELECTED TREASURER. ---NEXT MEETING--- Will happen in a week, i.e. on Sunday 2/27. It will feature non-con nominations, or so I'm told.
