Disclaimer:  These minutes taken by someone of no official capacity
whatever.  The board of officers has apparently been taken over by
Currier housing lottery and the Apathy SIG.  These minutes may not be
accurate; however, they are at least definitively inaccurate.

Money:  Our treasurer is confused.

Simonses:  Everyone present is confused.  Maybe Matt Duhan knows, but
     he's not here.  We are concerned about the money involved.
     A vote must happen, when we have more information.
     Stay tuned for a probable phone vote.

They Might Be Giants:  Will cost us no money.  We will give no award.
     Too easy.  No confusion.

Book project(s):  The fiction collection:  what about use of Harvard name?
     Dean Epps thinks it's probably ok, but needs a concrete sample
     (a proposal-type thing) to show lawyers and other silly people
     before we can be sure.  Story content probably not the concern
     so much as overall presentation.
     Writers' SIG ought to be the folks to produce the book.

Star Trek book project:  No money from this to go to HRSFA.
     Will the HRSFA name be used at all?  A vote will happen next time.

Myld Hunt:  A date has been chosen.  Sunday, April 31, afternoonish
     so as to end with our picnic at tea-time.  Sundresses are too causal.
     Alden volunteers as quarry; props of horns, riding crops,
     picnic baskets, picnic blankets (lawn furniture?) are to be sought.

SIGS:
     Star Trek:  Met recently.  Repeats aired.

     Milk & Cookies:  Met, in Michelle Melendez's room.  A very nice evening.

     Gaming:  Bear Meat:  The party have become landowners with their
               very own peasantry to oppress.
          GURPS Illuminati:  A distressing meeting of Cthulhu,
               Zombie Jamboree, and Mother Goose
          Jade & Silver:  Something can be said publicly!  Politics happen.

     BBC:  Will meet.

     MST3K:  Confusion ensues as to what has been watched.

     TV SIG:  Christella suggests that anyone interested run the thing.

     Coup SIG:  Makes motions toward altering the Constitution.

A phone tree is considered a good idea for matters of urgency.

Sydney pontificates:  HRSFA is God.

Stay tuned.  There will be an emergency meeting, or a phone vote, or
something, real soon now, concerning the Simonses.
