8:08 PM - meeting called to disorder.
				
Chris Hernandez and Clare Sammells give short introductory
speeches.  C.H., in a touching soliloquy delivered with
heartwarming sincerity, admits that he has never watched Star
Trek I in its entirety, read a book by Asimov, or lost an entire
night's sleep to a R.P.G.
				
The Second Meeting will be Sun. Oct. 2.  On the 8th there will
be a mandatory party for all frosh to be hosted by C.H.
				
Memberships will be sold at the first two meetings for $5, after
which time they will revert to a cost of $8.
				
The SIG leaders introduce themselves and describe the activities
of their groups.  The response to the plug for Fusion borders on
religious fervor.
				
Events are announced and hinted at in dark, menacing tones. 
Coming of the Hour, Wyld Hunt, etc.
				
HRSFA will be showing Raiders of the Lost Ark 9/30, 10/1 in
cahoots with Jansport.
				
Meeting degenerates further.  Munchies are consumed.
