     -Minutes of the HRSfA meeting on 3/12/95 in Sever 110-

'Ahem the  Sonic Master is trying to speak' and the meeting comes to order
with the 150,000th (well actually 8th) board of officers presiding and 
the treasurer actually present.

-The Masque happened and actually made a profit of $53! Many thanks to all 
those who helped.

-24 hour SF movie marathon had its 20th anniversary, Rice Chex Wheat Chex
was chanted and the movie Oblivion had too many Star Trek references. 

-Movie buff's or just informed people are needed to inform Alden which 
movies are being made that HRSFA should get dibs to show, it does not 
matter if the movie will not be released for a few years. 

-Budget Report: We have no idea how much $ we have. We will discuss
further when we know.

-Aaron SIG is appointed Gaming Mandel leader, by Kevin using his newfound 
executive power (while sitting under an umbrella). "A dangerous precedent,
 we finaly set a dangerous precedent!"-Sydney remarked on the use of power.

SIG Reports: (a month's worth)
MST3K: watched Girl in Lovers Lane (camera3. . .Arrgh!). Cyrus is declared 
       the new SIG leader, giving him power over 2 SIG's as well as Fusion.
BBC: many shows watched, Red dwarf intoduced topic of positive and negative
	viruses.Next week many Blake's will be watched (if Claudia can find the 
	burried tape).
Blake 7 marathon: watched the first season two weekends in a row, anyone 
		who wants to watch more Blake's call Claudia. 
VR5: was partially watched in Currier, move to start a SIG was quickly 
		shot down amid much graoaning. 
Anime Arrgh: maybe thinking of possibly occuring.
Writer's SIG: Will meet this Friday at 8pm in Currier house (although it 
	will probably use a room in Cabot).
Star Trek: DS9- upon being told that he has to run a very complicated test
	because in the future he reccomended it, Obrien says "who am I to 
	argue with me?" 
	Voyager:8pm mondays at Cabot JCR, Currier mousehole and Quincy 315.
		this week will be a new episode.
Aaron SIG:
	Magic: tournement to get rid of Hsien's cards was a success.
	Bearmeatworld: Chris H. playing 2 characters, his fiance almost 
		jumped off a cliff.
	Chariot World: Entering high rate of character turnover, is 
		searching for a new name.
	ARSMagica: moving rooms..., putting a magic book together..., almost 
		destroyed a battletank demon but bad dice role and the ground 
		opened up and devils took him. . . . 
"Are you get'n all this Michelle?"-Rose remarked followed by much laughter.
 	New games are happening.
Milk&Cookies SIG: consumed many cookies and encountered the great magician 
	Alfrarmedj. Hosts are needed. Possibility of virtual fireplaces. 
Degeneration SIG: tries to meet but was eventually taken over by World 
	Domination SIG.

-HRSFA Office: decided that we would pay $50-$80 to get a combo lock 
	installed, move will be organized after lock is on.

-HRSFA Account: The Administration is changing their policy and our ftp 
	site is in danger! Please everyone ftp HRSFA to show that we actively 
	use our account! (an e-mail will be posted soon explaining how).

Myld Hunt: Cyrus is put in charge (yet more power), possibility of doing 
	it on April 29 (new moon and Arts first) is discussed. 

Going of the Hour: is supposed to occur on April 1st but may be 
	postphoned due to spring break.

Next meeting: is on April 9th (4 weeks from now due to spring break).

Munchies arrived  Yay! and the meeting was adjourned.
