HRSFA Officer Boards

• The information in this document was compiled by Dave Nichols '92, Kyle Niedzwiecki '98 (with thanks to Claudia Mastroianni '91-'94), and Vincent Yeh '06 (with thanks to Matt Duhan '95, Lori Ricard '99, David J. Snyder '94, and Alden Strock '96).
• The offices of President and Vice-President were created by the second amendment to the first HRSFA constitution, in February of 1989, to replace the position of Co-Chair; these two offices were abolished two months later by the second constitution.
• The office of Secretary was bifurcated into two offices (Managing and Coordinating Secretaries) by the third constitution, in April 1991. The office of SIG Coordinator was also abolished thereby. Thus, before April 1991, the position of Internal Secretary was known as Managing Secretary, and before Lee Valentine '93's 1991-1992 term, the position of Coordinating Secretary was known as SIG Coordinator.
• The third amendment, passed in 2003, created the official officer position of Vericon Chair and made both Editor-In-Chief and Vericon Chair appointed positions. Thus, before Elisabeth Cohen '06's 2003-2004 term, the Fusion Editor-In-Chief was an elected rather than appointed officer.
• Unless otherwise noted, all terms lasted from February of the first year to February of the second year.
